What do you like most about doing business in the city?
Big city with a small town attitude. I was a City employee for 30 years and got to meet many of the decision makers. Found them to be the kind of folks that foster communication and understanding. City is an excellent place to have a business and raise a family. Excellents schools and a growing community.
What is the biggest challenge about doing business in the city?
Permitting process can be a challenage at times. The many challenges are undestand and a smal lack of information. Trying to push project forward, many times it seem this process does not care about the importance of your time line. But it may be my lack of fully understanding the process becuse growth is happening all around.
